The duplex is located at the top floor (the 33rd) of a tower of the "Front de Seine" complex which has 24-hour porter and security, 4 lifts. The flat itself has slightly more than 80 square meters on 2 levels :
At the ground floor the entrance leads straight to a 35 sqm double living room with a dining space and a fully equipped open american style kitchen with a bar. The living room has, under the mezzanine room, an impressive high celling area with bay window with a view over the Seine river. The lounge is very spacious and is furnished with large sofas, armchairs, design coffee tables, two giant (more than 2-meter high!) chinese vases, and a large persian carpet on the floor while the whole flat is mainly hard wooden floored. This floor has as well a small lavatory room and a spiral staircase which leads to the first floor.

The apartment, purchased in 2005 by a French investor currently based in London, was totally refurbished, designed and equipped in 2005-2006 and is being proposed for short/medium term rental since early 2007.
The interior design of this very unique duplex aims to get the maximum of benefit of the open space and light created by the mezzanine, the exceptionally high celling and the bay windows. In terms of decoration and furnishing, it aimed to respect the Asian origin of its owner. The tower belongs to the "Front de Seine" (also known as Beaugrenelle) complex which includes the Novotel Tour Eiffel 4-star hotel (formerly known as Hotel Nikko) next to the Nouveau Beaugrenelle shopping mall, currently being fully refurbished.

Cancellation

- 50% if the Notification is done before 30 days prior to the booked arrival date (the "Arrival Date")
- 25% if the Notification is done before 15 days prior to the Arrival Date
- 25% if the Notification is done after provided that the Landlord has found for this apartment a tenancy covering the agreed tenancy period between the Tenant and the Landlord
